Mark is terrific. Nice lounge , fresh food that never runs out and a nice setting as well .

People please use your common sense, and don't leave your leftover food outside for the birds to attack.

Rooms a little dated but still nice. No power outlets by bedside (what's up w that) and the wi-fi is super slow. The Regency Club lounge is superb though! That's why I stay here. :)

No personalized service like other grand clubs, breakfast items are limited and often this club here crowded .. Good ambience though
