Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa

Love this hotel for many reason. The two most important however are the customer service/experience you receive from the staff and the incredible views .

Open air lobby. Great fitness center and amazing pool. The hotel is in a great spot right in the middle so walks are short . Beach is across the street. Did I mention the pool is amazing.

if possible, try the Diamond Head tower.If you like the best view , try the ocean front rooms and ask for rooms ending on 59 or -60.If you prefer ocean and mountain view , try rooms ending on -65

Easy check in. Staff extremely gracious. Request high floor away from elevator . Close to the beach with great shopping inside the hotel .

At first sight - just a hotel in the perfect location. If you scratch the surface you'll see how much Aloha there is. Ask or look for Aka - the Hawaiian soul of this place. Take your time and listen.

The Regency Club is great (one of the best I've used), and after the renovations I think this place will be lovely!

Ask for room 88 it is haunted a couple were horrifically murdered in it and now it is the most haunted room.

enjoy free drinks and hawaian show at the pool at around 4pm. as touristic as it sounds, its really lovely

Ask for James or Mark at front desk for excellent service. Use your Gold Passport at check-in for lots of extra amenities ! The pool is so-so, but who needs it when the ocean is across the street?

Great hotel in a prime Waikiki Beach location. Walk to practically everything! Lots of shopping here as well . The ladies at the front desk are so nice and accommodating.

Great place to stay in Waikiki. Outstanding breakfast buffet . Beach just across the street. Nice ocean view balcony rooms. No free wi-fi — sadly you have to pay for that.

Their presidential suite is amazing - nothing close to I have stayed or seen before! you don't need to go to diamond head :) great location and happy hour !

Less than a 2 minute walk away from the beautiful shores of Waikiki & a 5 minute walk to Kings Village Shopping Center.

Check out the sushi bar and lounge which offers cocktails and delicacies from Southeast Asia .

Fail: being woken up at 4am from two consecutive days of loud renovation work on the entire floor above mine translates to a terrible stay...and the term "ocean view " doesn't actually mean ocean view .

There's a day camp here for kids to keep them entertained during their stay.

If u get validated DO NOT stick ur ticket in the Pay Station on the 1st Fl! It deactivates ur validation. Just drive straight out.

Greeted with complimentary leis - very nice! Overall decor very outdated and old. Movies cost $18 and no free Internet. Will try someplace else next time.

If you rent a car from Budget or Hertz make sure to bring it back by 10pm or you'll have to pay $35 to park it. A car rental that doesn't let you return 24/7? Yup. Lame sauce.

Make sure you ask for a room away from the elevators as they are very noisy and you will here them going up and down all night long.
