Great location, great views , but completely indifferent guest treatment by the front desk staff ... even as a SPG Platinum (and I have empathy for the volume of guests they receive)

Perfect place to stay in!!! make sure to stay in an oceanfront view room so u get to see the infinity pool and the beach .

Beautiful property with fantastic views and public spaces. Felt more private than other properties right on the street.

I try to stay here when I come to Honolulu. Centrally located to Waikiki action, right on the beach , perfect view of Diamond Head. A whole host of amenities .

Go see Fillipo who is part of the beach and pool crew. Rent a two chair cabana over 2 beach loungers in the water.

Don’t forget to lay out on the exclusive private beach and/or adult only infinity pool .

Chillaxin at the Infinity Pool is always awesome, gaze at the endless ocean views , and witness the sunset beauty. Just. Amazing.

Insanely long registration lines in late Pm. I feel like I time traveled to the Soviet Union of tropical vacations. Great way to start honeymoon after long flight. Figure out a new way, Sheraton.

Best pool facility in the area: infinity pool filled with floating beanbag chairs. Unbeatable.

You'll spot a lot of brides here. Nice hotel , great pool and nightlife. Elevators are very humid. Ocean view rooms nice, but nothing fancy .

Happas Pizza great pizza and reasonable for Waikiki. Try the 3 cheese Margherita Pizza .

Official Japanese tourist hotel . All signs are In Japanese and English. Sometimes Japanese first.

We've stayed here three years ago for out honeymoon. It's restaurant is good taste with fresh air in the morning.

Rooms are well worn. Prices kind of high. But it's right on the beach and in the midst of Waikiki.

If you can spend time at one bar in Waikiki, it should be Rum Fire on the ground level of the hotel .

Skip the convenience store at bottom of the lifts, there's an ABC with everything 1/2 price 1 minute outside the lobby in the Royal Hawaiian centre

DO NOT have the fish tacos at RumFire.... But the burger is amazing!

Didn't stay here but totally crashed the mind blowing infinity pool . Unreal!

Great location..but the pools tiny, the room is overpriced compared to how old the rooms are, they REALLY need to renovate. I don't mind paying an extra 100 as long as my room is worth is.go to Hyatt.

Unless you have complimentary breakfast vouchers for Kai, skip it. It's a horrible and chaotic way to start the day. Buffet set up makes no sense. Good luck getting an omelette .

Was here several years ago and it was better. Today the check in took an hour, the rooms are dumpy, the iPad in the room wasn't charged, the bathroom didn't look clean . Not impressed.
