Market Lane Coffee

My go to for the most consistently excellent coffee in Melbourne. Don't be afraid to ask questions...show a little curiosity and you'll be blown away by their passion and expertise :)

This is a much nicer branch than the one next to Vic Market in the city . It actually has tables and chairs where you can sit down to enjoy the amazing coffee !

Good coffee , get it when it's freshly roasted. Beside the coffee they also sell all the good Hario v60 stuff you need to make a good filter coffee at home

Coffee is very tasty , milk they are using is high qualite so wonderfull flat white ...☺

BBQ mushroom burgers on Saturdays are incredible. Inside can be noisy , but outside is quieter and awash with morning sun.

I know this establishment has an eye for detail & a commitment to excellence in the art of coffee making but why does the coffee taste like crap. It reminds me of drinking a cup of Bonnox.

Importing their own beans, this place is at the top end of coffee town . They also have an outlet near Victoria Markets now.

They only use organic whole milk . So no skim, soy or almond milk here.

Market Lane Coffee are rude and unfriendly. And it seems to be unreasonable to ask for a soy latte or hot chocolate - neither of which they will serve. Head to Jasper 's inside the market !

Over-rated coffee snobs. Slow service. Don't stock tea for your non-coffee-drinking friends. Nearby Jasper coffee is way better.

It's solid coffee , but overrated. Can do better in a place like Melbourne.

No longer serves Soy! Not great for dairy intolerant customers. Tried their pour over instead & left disappointed.
