Wow. Very standard hotel but the concierge are class ! Big shout out to Jehudy who was priceless in assisting me ???? close to all the tourist spots, or an über ride which is quite inexpensive .
All what u need in a hotel for business, however a little bit noisy in the hall and no fresh juice for breakfast . How is it possible in Costa Rica?!

What you'd expect from a large modern hotel . Room was nice, think we got upgraded. Worst thing was the air con—it sounded like a jet engine and kept us awake but was too warm without it.

Very nice hotel. Beds are super comfortable, clean rooms, towels and bedding are soft. Had lunch twice at El Tucan restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasty. Same for the bkfst buffet. - David Trestini
