Fave bakery in town . Always fresh. Lovely staff . Faves: mushroom-shaped bun , almond croissant . Fig and cheese bread also decent... everything's good.

Had champion nature there ( not sure about the french spelling), it was really good, fresh and moisture.

I am addicted to their gluten. I'd love to get overdosed and go to the Boulangerie Guillaume heaven. Snack Tip: Ciabatta aux calamata olives + cream cheese + avocado + sweet paprika

I work right around the corner from this bakery . I am huge fan of their emmental croissants and potato cheddar bread . A colleague told me the cheese fig bread is also awesome.

J'y allais pour des croissants - déjà tous vendus à midi. Mais je suis ressortie avec des pains oignon-pavot, un brownie et je n'ai pas été déçue! Les étals sont des plus alléchants, je reviendrai!

Les meilleurs pains du plateau , champignon aux chocolat blanc et écoliers sont à essayer. Tout comme les fougasses qui sont à tomber !

Ma boulangerie préférée à Montréal. Essayez les brioches au chocolat blanc .

On ne devrait jamais prendre 2 petites brioches choco blanc et vanille une après l'autre et c'est pourtant ce que je fais à chaque fois ! Miam!

Mention spéciale pour la brioche citron pavot . Le pain au levain est très bon même si la croûte gagnerait a être un tout petit peu plus croquante.
