a cosy pub with some nice beers on tap . try the beef burger !

András Németh

beers are ok, just make sure you do not eat here, anything with salted caramel in particular. i can still not believe they served us standard caramel with massive lumps of rock salt pinched on it.

Suzie Gray

Love the pub but the service is always a bit on the poor side. Serve last orders at 12 then start ushering you out at 5 past.

Jacob Gabriel

Very nice n cosy - but absolutely right about the slow bar ! Restaurant style service . Love the garden .

Lisette

Great location with parking at the rear. Service is good but a bit pricey on sandwiches

Sujan Shah

Went for lunch today. Roast was average, you could tell that it was mass produced and they were churning them out. Didn't have the dessert I wanted. Service was good, atmosphere good, food average.

David Jones

VEGETARIANS AVOID. One option (tart ), and they had to do a comprised version as they didn't have most of the ingredients. Was told pointedly that "they often sell out late in an evening". It was 8.30.

marcos ojeda

Solid and reasonably priced pub / restaurant with good beer/cider/lambic selection. Grab a seat then order & pay at the bar .

Naomi Davies

Roast lamb is superb! Great cask ales too, perfect way to wile away a sunny Sunday afternoon in the garden with the chickens !

The food took almost 50 min to be served, this happened for all of us, so we ate alone technically...

Understaffed and in needs some TLC, bar is dusty and dirty , tables not cleared and I had to pay £10 upfront to open a tab?I used to love this place a few years ago what's happened?!
