Global Village

Global Village is my favorite coffeeshop in the Triangle ! The baristas are very friendly--and not just to regulars--which is rare considering the snob culture commonly associated with coffeeshops.

The best chai tea around. Not too sweet, with a variety of great teas . Earl grey chai tea latte is the best of the best!

Global Village makes the best cappuccinos in Raleigh (this is coming from a former barista)! The only negatives are that seating is limited and outlets are few.

This is quite possibly the best cappuccino I've had stateside. And definitely the best cap in the Triangle !

Awesome white chocolate mocha . Do try here if you are a coffee lover. They serve in nice glass cups.

Drink coffee from here, it is delicious. Particularly a [vanilla] latte . Talk to the owner, Mike, he's awesome. Spend an afternoon sitting at a booth by the window enjoying the sunshine & a warm mug.

Great place to study. Lots of foot traffic but people watching is half the fun!

They usually have at least one gluten free option ! Tummies be liberated!

The nutella croissant will change your life! Try it with an iced frappe .

Today was the 1st time I've not been happy with the service here. Asked for an iced drink and made hot then owner got p'd at me instead of employee.... Seriously!? Bad karma dude
