Thick and delicious Salmon Sashimi . Love the salmon fin karaage too. Portion is quite huge. Get very busy around 1pm, so come early or a little bit late.

Extreme generous (and juicy) portions of sashimi !! We had the donburi and salmon roll . One of the best sushi places I've been to recently.

Aburi salmon roll is creamy, sweet and flavourful. However, if you remove the dollop of mayo on top, the roll itself is extremely average.

Basic Chirashi Don at The Sushi Bar. Might look good but the cut of the fish is quite bad. Was expecting like a Bara Chirashi kinda thing but nah. Quite disappointing for $19.90++

Scallops were flavourful.... Other than that.... Salmon Roll was averagely good. The Premiun Chirashi was not premium. Onsen egg on Wagyu Don saved it a little... But still stuck in averagely good.

For the quality of food, I'm just surprised this isn't more expensive . Good range and always check for specials in season.
