Location is great, it has a tram station right on the hotel and Ostbahnhof (train station ) 5 blocks away.

Good hotel , as is every Motel One. Near the Ostbahnhof so good for tourists that want to see more of Munich by public transport .

Clean , comfy rooms . Nice lobby area.

Free wifi throughout - a lesson for the more expensive Marriott next door!
