Great noodles of course. Get the dumplings for an appetizer . If weather is nice, grab a house red & sit on patio . Good people watching .

Frank's suuucked when they first opened. They've come a long way. Traditionally when I've wanted handmade noodles I drove to Du Kuh Bee in Beaverton. No need to do that anymore. Frank's is solid.

Great place to go. I could have eaten a bowl of the house made kimchi and been happy. But the noodles took it to the next level. This place is worth it!

We had dumplings , shrimp and chicken with handmade noodles and Kung Pao chicken . All were great! Can't wait to get back.

Hand pulled noodles ! Get it with pork belly ! It's not as fatty as normal pork belly ! You can go wrong with any of the appetizers ! The dumplings are also delicious!

Delicious! The noodles are huge and thick. Very tasty, but very heavy. Next time we will try some of the non-noodle specific dishes because they looked delicious as well

The spicy pork homemade noodles was fantastic. I picked heat level 4 but I would recommend probably a three. Amazing food.

This location is an actual house. Very reasonable prices on food and drink. A short walk from Streetcar too.

Chinese-speaking kitchen was a good sign from the start. The dumplings are very good, and the hand-made noodles are awesome. Wish the broth of the beef noodle soup was better

Just get noodles . It doesn't really matter what else is on the plate with them, the noodles are just too good.

most of the dishes here--northern chinese classics made with korean flavors--come out bland and under-seasoned compared to both cuisines. the texture of the hand-pulled noodles is not bad, though.

The food was good, my fav were the dumplings . I find the noodles to be a bit “gummy ” for my liking.

The noodles were phenomenal! If you're a wussy, Midwestern girl like me don't jump straight to medium spicy though.

Best General Tso's Chicken in Portland, and of course the noodle dishes are superb.

Pretty tasty. They do close from 3-5pm although it's not mentioned in many of the places their hours are posted.

The dumplings just ooze with flavor and melt in your mouth. I also have a weakness for their kimichi fried rice .

This place is known for its handmade noodles and it's the only thing I ever order. Super fast service .

I crave the little dishes of kimchee and (I think) pickled radish you get before every meal.

The food is so delicious. Noodlevana. But the service is unfailingly weird.

Noodles are awesome! Chicken seems low-quality. 50% of the servers were either unprofessional or rude or both. We ordered 4 entrees and they came one at a time, the last two taking forever.
