Eater: "Incredible, aromatic cardamom bun , quince tart , pitch perfect pain au chocolat , sesame-topped ham and cheese croissant , (which) infuses the savory fragrance of the ham deep inside the dough ."
Great bread + pastries , but in terms of coffee , La Cabra has always been a Nordic second league to me. Pourovers lack complexity and depth, roast on the darker side.
Excellent coffees (but $$) and pastries , in particular sesame loaf was incredible, pan au chocolat and cardamom bun both great. Very busy.
They take their coffee very seriously, but for me - their pastries are the real deal! The almond croissant and the Pain Suisse were incredible. Design is chic , and the vibe is sleek. Limited seating .
Phenomenal cortado , great chai , and fresh baked pastries (cardamom bun ). Scandic hipster vibes . Heavily recommended.
their pastries were not too sweet and on point- choco croissant and cardamom bun . Croissant was pretty good. Coffee was on point with the fellas looking pretty passionate in the chemed coffee process
Cardamom bun is delicious! Cinnamon roll and ham+cheese croissant were good, but not something you can’t find at another nyc bakery
The pastry , bread , and drink are on pal with its interior. Excellent, great for coffee and bread . Kudos to their interior for such a great environment.
Bread with butter! Roll with cheese ! Croissants ! Everything! Expect to see the early risers here by 9am on weekends! My one complaint is the music is not good! What’s up with that?!
Literally the best croissant I’ve ever had Europe included. Best coffee . Amazing ambience. The Danish are really masters.
All good things. Try to keep this a secret as it’s annoyingly buddy in the afternoons. The pastries are all amazing - don’t miss in the cardamom bun .
Everything is next level, but that cardamom bun rises above the rest. 100% worth the hype.
Great bread here hands down. The pastries are pretty good, but the “fancy ” patisserie is pretty meh. I’m also convinced they work extra slow so a line builds up.
Loved it. Wanted to try so many things. The cardamom bun was delicious.
The coffee is very fresh and they have yummy pastries . There is limited amount of seating inside and a few tables outside . They don't allow laptops or wifi just an fyi
Great coffee and delicious pastries .
Open secret the best croissants in the city , and they carry the best (Kettl) matcha too!!

Great Colombian coffee, stunning location, tons of light and seating - Noah Weiss
Excellent espresso. Select light medium or dark roast. If only they offered a ceramic cup to drink it there. - Brian Strauss
Maybe the best bagel in the city. My favorite, at least. Open Sesame bagel sandwich is so good. Definitely worth a visit, even on a crowded weekend morning. Bring cash! - Jordan Lee
Always an amazing mix of people and entertainment. One of my fav spots to lay in summer. - Barton Smith
Kuih and durian magnum ice cream bar - Jo
