The rattlesnake sausage-amazing. The tenderloin? To die for. The elk loin is certainly worth a try. Have the flan with the 20 year old port to finish it off. Oh, and ask for Carter to be your server.

Chuck Hemann

If you love steak , be sure to have the roasted garlic stuffed tenderloin with a western plaid hash . Hasn't left the menu in 14 years. Incredible. Great service as well

Bert Jonker

Food and service are excellent, it felt like a european diner . Servicr was quick but no pushing in between. We sat for almost 3 hours and every minute was nice. Expensive but worth it

Tim Love takes pioneer-inspired home cooking to another level, nay, another planet, with Lonesome Dove, where the roasted garlic-stuffed tenderloin will change your life, pardner. [Eater 38 Member]
