Courtyard Houston Westchase

This is my favorite Marriott property, within walking distance of great restaurants and the Kroger ❤️

The services is not good! Everything you have to call the front desk like the dish detergent, they hv to buy in the store. Then you have to see the door if there's a sticky note ugh ????

Everything is very high class (lobby, room furnishings), but the beds are still hard as boards.

Completely remodeled - rooms, lobby, restaurant all new, plus Starbucks in the lobby!

Bring blankets. The blankets were too thin. No extra pillows for the pullout.

Nice people attend the hotel , good atention to the customer

Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is nothing like any other courtyard . Not enough staff , doors which jam for no reason, gym which doesn’t have proper air conditioning .

Main lobby is under construction for a new facelift look along with its restaurant/bar. Main entrance also recently being closed due to upgrading work

Lobby is looking fresh while the room is still not yet renovated, but they said they will, shortly . Wifi is good.

AC is deafeningly loud and WiFi is infuriatingly slow

Typical courtyard . Not great. Not awful. Just ok.
