Recreation facility close by, great for strolls and the soccer field is above the play structure

On the 16th Street side of the park is a huge outcropping of wild fennel . You can dig up a bulb if the plant is still in its feathery stage. Once it has gone to seed, eat only the aromatic seeds.

Great park to bring your dog but it's often filled with homeless people

Lots of black turf stuff and little warm up space, but pretty central and usually enough parking . Pee spot is at Safeway- don't get hit on your way over!

Great place for the kids to play and have fun

City soccer fields are turf. A playground there for kids. Marred by homeless people and a lot of garage strewn around.

Great playground - for big and little kids. Also, nice lawn area for lounging & picnicing .

This park is basically a fenced in soccer field surrounded by homeless encampments

During the soccer adult league games delicious food vendors set up on east side of field .

No restrooms .

This also appears to be a shanty town .

I always go by this and never stopped. Kinda sketchy , not gonna lie.
