Braci is Italian for 'ember'. Inspired by charcoal, the main cooking method at the restaurant, Braci’s menu draws upon one of the world's most primitive forms of cooking to re-define and uplift classic Italian cuisine through the use of the Josper oven and the shichirin grill.

Everything is good! Even the bread and the little pretty things from the chef ! Great service too which is rare. Highly recommend! Surprise four course Chef’s menu is $100. Will try that next time!
They welcome dietary restrictions! Gluten-free, vegetarian , they'll do their best to accommodate. Fine dining , Michelin style, Italian, top notch. We ate a la carte but I'll return for the set menu !
Try the 5 course - especially when Beppe is in the kitchen. Wonderful mix of comfort style food with very sophisticated preparation!
