the line are super long so you can have a longer time to ponder why you are buying sweatshop made clothing and rethink your life choices.

Clothing sold here is high fashion at a great price! With special promotions on a weekly basis and new campaigns at affordable prices , you can go wrong! :) FYI: Target doesn't come close!

Nice escape from the midtown shopping scene, but still a large store and could be overwhelming... great selection of men's apparel , too!!!

The cashier lines are always long and move so slowly but sometimes the collections especially the clearance sections are hit or miss!

Teeny tiny fitting rooms . Sometimes they extend the women's line to the men's to try and help with the surge.

1st floor line *big* mistake! Definitely get your stuff rung up on the 2nd floor.

Not limited to one store. Some are naturally smaller/bigger than others. Overall great place to shop with affordable prices .

I usually take a xanax before I enter this store. it's madness.

There are already lots of tips about how there are always long lines , but I have nothing else to do while I am standing in line but to add another tip about how long the lines are.

Always leave empty handed, but at the end of the day I love H&M.

It's nearly impossible to shop in the women's section of this store...at any time...any day of the week.

Peter, at the cash register, has the customer service skills of a dead fish . How H&M allows him to be customer facing is simply beyond comprehension.

This place is one of the worst H&M's in the city . Bad staff , bad selection...there's always kids running around like it's a playground and no one does anything to stop it. Avoid this place.

I could have bought the material then taken a sewing class then sewed my own shorts faster than the check out line .

ladies use the mens fitting room on the west side of the second floor. the line is always shorter.

Just so u guys know, this is the wrong H&M to check into! The correct one is 150 east 86th St

The old lady who works on the second floor is the most helpful in the entire store

This particular store location is way too crowded and reminds me of a discount store . I won't return to this H&M.

Cashiers are so slow, the clothes I wanted to buy already went out of style.

Long lines , poor selection & they don't even sell women's underwear here! Go to 59th St or 5th ave or 34th St stores. They're much better!

Mens section is tiny and has a very limited selection compared to other locations.

Men's department has a poor selection and no sales reps. Not a happy place. I would avoid this store and head to Rockefeller center instead.
