Want to get a residence registration? Make sure to come at most twenty minutes after the opening, the queues are growing mind-numbingly fast.

This is an awesome place to get residence/work permit. You only wait 4 hours to pick up your card and you don't even need to go to Berlin!

Schlimme, schlimme deutsche Bürokratie!

Crappy navigation, bad business hours and no service for booking appointments online in advance.

Der Briefkasten ist zwar schön groß und deutlich beschriftet, aber weit weg von der Ruppertstraße , nämlich rechts vom Haupteingang (Lindwurmstr.) auf dem Weg zur Bahnunterführung.

Bei Namensänderung für Perso und Pass nach Hochzeit, unbedingt das Original der Heiratsurkunde mitbringen, sonst schicken sie einen wieder weg ! Auch wenn das Standesamt sagt, dass die Kopie ausreicht.

Bearbeiter sind schnell, selbst wenn viele Bürger warten.

Kirchenaustritt ist in der Ruppertstraße 11, 3. Stock, Zimmer 355. Ticket ziehen und mit etwas Glück nicht lange warten. Kosten EUR 31,- (Stand 3-2012)
