Great place to stay in Savannah. Right in the middle of it all, walking distance to everything you need. Clean , quiet and lively . Loved it!

This hotel is beautiful! When we first checked in, we were greeted by Megan who was very sweet. We then were surprised by Megan with fruit , cheese , and Champagne for our first anniversary!

Pro - the mini bar refill everyday and it's free!! . The location is amazing. The Room looks nice, with HVAC , so much quieter . Con- The bed is way too soft, I wish the bathroom can be a bit cleaner.

Rooms and service are stellar. Minibar food and drinks (except alcohol ) are free. They had kettle cooked dill pickle potato chips and a number of really nice drinks. Plus recipes for mixed drinks !

Great Staff , swanky , great pool paito, comfortable charming room. Close to everything.

Be sure to stop off at the bar for a cocktail or craft beer . Try the Chicken & Waffles and be sure to sample the candied bacon bar snacks !

Avoid valet parking by using the underground Whitaker Street garage directly across from the hotel ; during the weekend, you can also opt for street parking .

The lobby is updated/renovated but the rooms are a bit dated. Very clean with comfortable beds .

Eat the bacon . It's delicious. And if you drink "East of Hudson" at the bar , don't leave behind the smoked cherry !!! It's not an olive .

Get the cilantro/chile chicken pops...the guacamole with the fish tacos is the best I've ever had! everything fresh!

Was great After a not great start, tried to check early afternoon, understandable room wasn’t ready, we had to wait till around 5pm even though it should have been 4pm. The manger made things right.

The food has been excellent both times. The mushroom soup and shrimp cocktail

Loved this place! Will definitely be making another trip back! Hopefully renovations will be complete!

Rooms are tiny. I just took a shower with the water all the way to hot and it was barely warm. Free cokes do not make up for the cost of this place. I love this town and tolerate this hotel .

Stayed here for four days. Very different experience than other people. Desk people were unhelpful and curt. Mark, the chef , on the other hand was great!

Going to a meeting at the beautiful Avia Hotel !! Pedro and his staff are top notch. Also they have the best concierge in town , Becky Williams.
