Hands down best meal in Savannah. Ask to sit on the outside balcony , so you don't go sleepytime in the dimly lit inside. Southern Sushi appetizer (pictured) and the Crab Stuffed Grouper = YUM x10
Get the duck !!! It's so hard to find duck prepared and cooked well ! It was so full of flavor and fell right off the bone..I'm still wondering why I was given a knife! Amazing service and atmosphere!
Beautiful souther colonial home. Live music downstairs. A woman comes around to each tables & sings for you a song of your choice. Try their dessert !
Each room in the house is unique with a history. Tavern bar downstairs has a different character. Generous bread basket . Fried lobster tails with beans, mash & honey Dijon $40 To Go
The shrimp & grits is shockingly amazing. It's on the appetizer menu, but they'll serve an entrée portion if you ask. The Little Hummingbird cocktail is delightful - light, refreshing, not too sweet.
Beautiful old house with so much history. Had fried green tomatoes (amazing), jalepeño Mac and cheese balls (pretty good), fried chicken (pretty good), cheese grits (great) ravioli (AMAZING).
Very historic and pretty place. Southern food at its best. The sweet and sour crispy fish dish was definitely Chinese style! Portions are big. Singer walking around, performing impromptu for tips.
You have to order the BLT fried green tomato salad and the shrimp n grits cake . The corn bread fried oysters are also on point. Get a side of the butter beans .
You absolutely feel like you've been taken back into time. The premises is stunning and the food is tasty. Just make sure to make reservations early as they tend to run out of popular dishes!
a must stop on any visit to Savannah. All the seafood dishes are excellent and really stand out. The service was very friendly .
Pork Tenderloin was excellent. Appetizers were also good. Great atmosphere and people. Sidra was an excellent hostess with an amazing voice and ‘Ten Times’ Barry did a great job as our server.
Amazing food. The fried shrimp is delicious. Lightly battered, good size shrimp . The sweet potato with pecan vanilla butter is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!

Reservations help. It's a great romantic spot , food is delish, attentive staff . Hands down best collards I've ever tasted-order them! Make a trip to the downstairs piano bar for a nightcap!
The fried green tomatoes are a must for an opener, whether it is paired with the creamed corn sauce or on the BLT salad . I would also recommend the praline basket for dessert . So delicious!
There is not a dish you can go wrong here with. Came with another couple and they even split our apps for us. Best app- Goat Cheese Stuffed Artichoke Fritters and fried green tomato with crab cake .
Get the BLT salad , even if you don't like tomatoes (like me). Everything is amazing, even the biscuits . You will not be disappointed. Also, use Opentable and make reservations in advance.
Southern nachos w pulled pork and avocado mousse are incredible! The fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy were a favorite and they have good fried green tomatoes as well .try the choc pecan pie !
Ordered the Strawberry and goat cheese salad with the She-crab soup....soup was deliciously creamy and the salad was fresh & crisp and a treat for the eyes, as well .
Fresh local honey + warm biscuits . Service is amazing and the ambience is even more so.

The seafood options are local and so so fresh. Caught that morning, served that evening. It's also a true candlelight dining experience in the upstairs rooms , very romantic
Slow service but the food was good and you get to dine in an old mansion. Try the sushi appetizer and the scored flounder . Mac and cheese was a yummy side!
Without a reservation get there early! And bring an appetite - heavy food!! The shrimp and grits almost knocked me unconscious. Beautiful house. Feels like you traveled back in time.
Had braised pork over collard greens per my waitress suggestion - WONDERFUL! Fried green tomatoes were the best I've ever had. If the chefs ever publish a cookbook , I want to be the 1st to purchase.
Great place! We ate at 5:30 and had great service. The duck , BLT fried green tomato , southern sushi , fried oysters - all awesome! Bryan was our server and did a great job!

On the expensive side but you get what you paid for; excellent food, services, and fascinating interior decor. Try the crispy half-duck.
Amazing fried lobster !! A must-go-to while in Savannah! So soulful and quaint!
We first found read about this place on the Internet. A lot of locals said it was overrated. It was beyond delicious. The only problem was the air broke and it was really hot.
The best meal of my life!!! Get the appetizer combo platters and trust what ever the waiter says. And get the Mac and cheese .
The shrimp and grits , crab cake ! Delicious food and good staff , we highly recommend this place.
This places exudes Southern charm from the decor to the service to the menu. Delicious food. Both comforting and yet elegant.
You can't go wrong w/Anything on this menu. Service is the best I've received. Food and presentation were great. Try the baby spinach salad w/caramelized apples & champagne dressing it is so good.
Enjoy the great food, and make sure you take a stroll through all of the rooms in the house.
The house has many floors and rooms, but the best one is the private cellar located in the vault(reserve in advance) chicken pot pie , BLT salad was good!
Miscommunication so we had no reservations for our after-wedding dinner , but the management made it happen. Lovely woman even sang us a song at dinner , and the staff gave us a "Best Wishes" dessert .
