If U thought it was big before..After the expansion of taking over Borders it's huge! U can get lost.. Return policy.. no returns. Only exchanges or store credit within 21 days how ironic forever 21..
there's a girl that is always working in the upstairs fitting room and shes a bitch don't try to go try clothes on at 9 she'll say the fitting rooms closed even tho the malls open til 930
Understaffed and messy racks. Prepare to argue with the inexperienced staff and never find an open dressing room or an open register.
