Super cheap and if you are lucky found some good designer brand for less than half price to the original price
Better shoe selection than tjmaxx around corner. Always new styles too!

Kohl's have really good clothes vendors w/good quality & texture. And they have good sales. I'm a seamstress so I always feel the fabrics of clothing when I shop! When shopping here, check the sales. - Trish
