They have a play area for the kids. The food was hot and fresh.

Probably one of the cleanest McDonald's in the Albany area.

McDonald's is going to be McDonald's... But this one in particular was surprisingly clean and had a friendly staff ! That's all that sets fast food places apart (service and cleanliness)

Drive thru late at night can be frustrating and even though it's supposed to be open 24 hrs they aren't. They close the restaurant because of robberies and you're left to go through the drive-thru

Only true 24-hour McD's in the city . A treasure.

Ordered breakfast platter . Didn't receive any butter when we asked for extra. Gave us spoons instead of a fork. Not sure how they continually mess that up.

Make sure you pay attention almost combined my order with someone else's

Worst service in the Albany area...literally!!! This was on more than one occasion, more like every visit.

No dollar menu offered after midnight! #disappointed.

The worst McDonald's in America. Manager is crazy, employees such, place is filthy, and is usually reminiscent of Hell.
