If you buy your capsules at the Boutiques rather than over the internet, why not ask for a Nespresso Member Club Card? The staff will quickly obtain your member details at the tills. Plus it's classy !

Official Nespresso documents in Greece suggest the use of 2 capsules of one of the stronger flavours to make 1 espresso freddo. If you don't know what freddo is... Visit Greece. Or Italy.

The product is good. The female member of staff however, was sneering, arrogant and useless. I knew what I wanted - I didn't need her patronising backchat. I'll order online next time.

Wonderfully helpful staff , with from tasting from experienced staff who are able to discuss the differences in the range.

They are very snobbish. I was the only one that was asked for the membership card when I had a coffee .

They always let you try one free cup of any flavour you choose. I recommend the orange treats/ biscuits .

I wasn't impressed that when I was standing at the members side of the tasting bar I was told to join the long queue of non members.

Way better since they introduced the "Prove you're a Nespresso UK customer" rule for the coffee bar . Means the shop isn't full of freeloaders.
