Good atmosphere. I had kimchi ramen . I like all stuff they put in the bowl but the broth was too salty for me. My husband had duck ramen he likes it especially they put apple and arugula as a topping
Vegetarians ! Get the Spicy Chicken , sub tahini broth and fried tofu for chicken . It's UNREAL and better than the veggie ramen on the menu.
This spot dishes out outstanding ramen dishes, noodles bowls , and spectacular kimchi stew . In a modern decor , Uncle is a great choice for a casual dinner packed with Momofuku-inspired flavors.
The only sign for this restaurant is on the glass door. You won't be seated until your entire party arrives. Try the brussel sprouts , shrimp/pork belly buns & the spicy chicken ramen . Enjoy!
Got the chasu ramen a couple months ago with the spicy bacon jam . Me and my boyfriend were pretty much crying it was so good. Worth the wait and we had fun at the bar watching them make our food!
I didn't think I cared much for ramen until Uncle. The spicy chicken bowl blew my mind. Still dreaming about that broth and those delicious noodles .
the shrimp steamed buns were yummy!!Loved the spicy mayo on them. My friend had the duck ramen ; it was great!!I was so jealous. I had the miso ramen , it was good but I regretted not getting the duck
The Momofuku-esk dishes at Tommy Lee's LoHi noodle shop are still just as popular as they were when the restaurant opened last year. Must try: kimchi ramen . [Eater 38 Member]
Pork belly buns and duck ramen were both savory and delicious. The staff should ask people who are done eating & then talk for an hour to clear out a table. Skip the two hour wait and order take out .
Don't sleep on the edamame and chilled tofu . They're both amazing — Also there is always a wait...so plan for a beer or two at Highland Tap & Burger once you're on the list.
If you are vegetarian order the cold spicy sesame noodles , sub crispy tofu ! The Yuzu Sour cocktail is on my bucket list of best Denver cocktails as well ! Come eat here and tip FAT!
Any choice is a good choice. Come early or be ready to wait though! It's popular for a reason. (I would recommend the pork belly bao or duck ramen .)
Chasu ramen w/ 7 spice chichi sauce & unfiltered sake ! Long wait , they'll text you when your table is ready. Head down the street to Williams & Graham speakeasy for a cocktail .
Spicy chicken ramen is a must! Get some lager or ale to work through the spicy part
Enjoyed the Duck ramen , and softshell crab steamed buns . Creative and tasty cocktails ; 'Spicy Mule' and 'Modern Whiskey ' were exceptional.
People from northwest Denver as well as across town crowd the cramped, counter-driven storefront eatery , eager to try everything on the limited menu Read more
This is the best ramen that you can get in Denver. I highly suggest getting any and everything, it is a bit pricey but well worth it.
I gravitate toward the Spicy Chicken Ramen and the Cold Noodle Bowls (they used to make a spicy cashew chicken cold noodle bowl you might be able to ask for)
The Kimchi is a must! Also, try the brussels sprouts and do not skip out on one of the steamed bums. I suggest the pork belly . Yes, you'll leave quite full!
Yes it's really trying to be Momofuku. Yes it isn't exactly as authentic as it is hip . Yes it tastes fucking great. If it tastes good, authenticity be damned.
BBQ Bun , spicy chicken ramen and hipsters , in quaint highlands neighborhood . Very pleased with the service, atmosphere and meal. Kinda pricy for me though.
BEST RAMEN IN DENVER! GO RIGHT AT 4:45 otherwise there will be a wait.
The chili mazeman ramen is a very tasty dish with just the right amount of spice. But beware, there's no broth. It's almost more of a stir fry style. Still worth it!!
Beware Friday and Saturday nights the wait is around 2 hours. Pork belly buns and spicy chicken ramen (not actually spicy but tasty) are good.
Ramen is unbelievable. Great service. Get there early to beat the wait.
Best ramen in Denver so far. Super crowded . Go during a weeknight or have a drink next door.
Get the fried eggplant bao bun ! It’s my favorite food in the whole world.
AMAZING ramen and atmosphere. This place gets really busy so get there early.
Unless you get here well before open, be prepared to wait. But it's worth it! Skip the pricey drinks and get more tasty food instead.
Good noodle bowls , but pricey with a long wait . My non-spicy dish was spicier than the dish the waiter warned us about. Excellent service though!
Ask for the pork belly buns crispy ... So good!
Ramen was good, but wife didn’t like the lamb bowl
Do yourself a favor and get some shrimp or pork belly steamed buns .
It was good, but it really doesn't compare at all to ramen in Japan and Okinawa the broth is really missing something. I would still recommend it to friends.
Good ramen indeed, super friendly staff . Good place for eating solo.
Get here really early. No Reservations taken, and waits are frequently long, long. If you want it fast...order takeout .
A ramen spot that basically is a carbon copy of Momofuku in NYC. Really good.
Loved the pork buns and the duck ramen was very tasty
Ridiculously good chicken ramen , but you'll have to wait.
Best Ramen ... Ever !! So far
Changed my ramen game forever. Steamed buns are excellent too.
very solid ramen spot. pork belly buns rule.
Sit at the bar and watch the chefs make every dish. Really cool.
Steve Redzikowski , chef of OAK at fourteenth, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Steamed shrimp buns . Read more
You can't lose with the pork steamed buns . Bibimbap is another fantastic choice.
Lots of potential - noodle bowls are HUGE. Crab Tots order is almost too much for two people, but tasty!
I don't like their Ramen . Place is absurdly packed all the time. Takes like 20 minutes just to pickup takeout (even when you arrive 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready).
ramen , pork belly buns , hitachino nest white ale
Anything, but don’t make a rookie mistake; get the “umami-bomb”
Duck ramen is pretty good but salty. Get here early, it gets REAL crowded
This is possibly my new favorite place. Brussels sprouts and veggies and bao and banh mi? WOW! - Andy Boudreaux
Must try the Malaysian noodles. The charred chicken is also to die for. - Iris Pang
Amazing ice cream shop, worth the wait especially with friends! Favorite is salted Oreo and honey gelato! - Angela Yeung
The French fries, mac and cheese, and drinks are all great. Try the Blackberry Sage Smash. - Chris
Rocky Mt. Burger was delish. Good food. Good atmosphere for a weeknight. So glad to have finally found a good place to eat! - Jessica Dimmer
