Great hotel ! It's within walking distance to everything. The aquarium is right next door and there's restaurants directly in front of it. Money well spent!
Be sure to request a remodeled room overlooking the brook.
Recently renovated. Clean and stylish without the usual garish hotel decor. Good parking , friendly staff .
Everyone has a balcony ... Request to have a view of the river , or you might have a sanitation truck outside your balcony . Bring a lamp for reading.
Nice affordable hotel with a view of a running creek. Really enjoyed my stay.
Great place to stay, close to everything, the bad??? No close parking when parking in garage
Newly renavated rooms.
Very nice location, but no wifi ! Who does the "no wifi " thing nowadays?
That's weird but I'm on Facebook now in my room on WiFi .
Great location, rude people!
Internet only in the lobby. DON'T stay here if you need to do any work.
Dingy, musty and very outdated.. Carpets were gross and people were smoking in the hallway..
Service is friendly, awesome pool, great view if on the creek side. Comfortable beds. The private balconies are wonderful for watching the ducks and for people watching. - Beaugart Lytle
I have stayed here 7 times, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice. The rooms are very clean, and the WIFI works great ! - Frank Atkinson
Great staff! Clean nice friendly wonderful. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking - Bethany Mckenzie
With the mixed reviews we were skeptical but we tried it anyway. We were very pleased! All 6 of us enjoyed our dinners and service was spot on. Yummy cheese dip too. - Jen Badeaux
Great place for a family trip. It's a must do while you're in the Smokey Mountains. The exhibits are awesome! Just don't waste your money on the food and I'd skip the bottomless boat ride ride. - Mike
Everything was amazing! Especially the sweet and tangy chicken wings and pretzels w beer cheese. - Rachel Allison
