I went to see this gym after Gold's. It is definitely bigger and more spacious with much more equipments. But. People do not look as welcoming as in Gold's, and it did not feel very comfortable .

This gym is the best. Friendly people. Friendly trainers and the best thing it is 15 mins away from home.

Unlike almost every other place in Riyadh, This Gym doesn't kick you out when it's prayer time.(y) , no AC at the lounge which is the only missing thing over there!

I don't know why sometimes the water in the pool has so much chlorine taste. In exit 2 the water never tastes chlorine.

Try the keto life style with your gym workout .. you will lose 230%. Keto did work for me and I highly recommend it

عزيزي المتمرن .. شورت السباحة يفرق كلياً عن شورت الرياضة ولا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال التبديل في استخداماتها وذلك لأخذ الحيطة و الحذر و شكراً

من افضل الفروع بس يعيبه زحمة المواقف ????????

أفضل حاجه في فيتنس تايم كبر حجم الصالات ووفره الاجهزه مقارنه بي باقي الصالات الرياضيه

النادي بشكل عام ممتاز ويعتبر الأفضل بالمنطقة المحيطة له ويعاب عليه مواقف السيارات من كثرة مرتاديه

نادي كويس بكل المقاييس ،، بس يعاب عليه انه مزحوم لانه الوحيد بالمنطقة اللي حوله ،،

جميل جدا وقت الغداء خصوصا

المواقف ازمه... اقترح على ادارة النادي شراء الارض المجاوره ويناء مبنى مواقف حتى لو في رسوم

احيانا زحمة و تتعب عبال ما تلقى مصف بس من احسن الفروع اللي قد رحت لها

الفرع الاحمر ، مو الافضل بالرياض ، يمكن افضل بدي ماستر عليه لان اغلبه نوبز ويتدربون باحترام وهذا شي غير نطلوب بالرياضه هذي XD

فرع كويس بس لا تجية وقت الزحمة لانه حرررر لانهم يطفون المكيفات عشان ضغط الكهرب !!!
