Pro tip: do not put your play card in the same pocket as your smart phone, especially if you do a lot of texting, as it is easy for the card to slip out and fall on the floor!
Wow amazing staff ! My friend lost his iPhone and they helped us search until we found it about 15 minutes later. Loads of fun as well . Lots of places nearby to grab dinner/drinks.
The staff gave terrific Customer Service and made sure the guests were enjoying themselves. Thank you !! to the outside crew for working hard in the heat to ensure the kids had a blast!
Make sure you check their website before you go. For the closures! On the BOTTOM of their page! Because you might be empty handed! I spend 5 min. on the website didn't see it, make sure you find out!!
Go early in the morning as it gets very busy with birthday parties in the afternoon
Bring $3 for the cotton candies machine (looney and tooney). Definitely worth it.
Hot day - water balloons and inside games good for cooling everybody off. Staff were great!

Went there for my birthday last night (on a Friday night) and found that easily over half of the "gun games" we played had problems and staff were hard to find. I will not be returning here.

Customer service sucked. Food was terrible. Games were over priced and not all of them were in good repair. Stay away. Save your money. There are far better places in the city !

Speak to the staff to refund you credits for games that don't work.
Go for the games but eat elsewhere. The food counter service is beyond slow and they even managed to make the Pizza Pizza taste like crap.
