I just found this place on Google and it is wonderful! Trails that go along the Chattahoochee river and perfect for a cheap date. Dogs are welcome. Watch where you park , you will get a ticket.

Wonderful primer for a solid training run. This is where I trained for the Half-Marathon. Also, I really great variety of biking trails ranging from beginner to professional!

Excellent place for a 3 mile run, beautiful escape from the day. Being from so cal, must say the summer humidity was a drag, but it was worth it!

Don't forget to head off the main flat gravel trail . Miles and miles of nice single track up in the hills

So many well marked trails . You could hike for days. Bring your dog but watch out for the bikers

Park across the river on the Fulton side. This will add a half mile each way to your run. Always parking on this side.

Little balconies over the river in the morning gives you a beautiful view !!

Buy your own tubes-the rentals are overpriced. A lot of people get crazy/silly tubes and it makes it a lot of fun, but if you are going to do it a lot invest in a good one!

For the non-season parking pass holders, there's a pay kiosk at both corners of the parking lot , the other one next to the recycle bins is far less crowded .

Great place for a run: Flat, 3-mile trail , beautiful scenery along the river and great people-watching. Love it!

If you are planning on tubing , rafting , etc. rent with Shoot the Hooch for a shuttle bus back to your car included.

Get there early on weekend mornings. Parking fills up quickly.

If parking is full or backed up for the trail , there is another huge lot right across the bridge .
