Amazing food, good prices and super-friendly staff . Can't say if it's the best Mexican restaurant in SB, but it's the best I've ever had. Try the Agave burrito !

Umm...so good!! The ceviche tostada is FABULOUS (can be shared by 2 people) and the the Los Agaves Enchiladas are honestly amazing (had them with salad only instead of also with rice on the side)!!!

Great Mexican food . The best Nachos I have eaten anywhere. There was a line out the door. No wonder. Prices are fair (not cheap ) and food quality is excellent. I'll be back when we return to SB.

The halibut & shrimp tacos were excellent. It comes with a lovely salad & yummy rice . My husband & son had the mole chicken enchiladas . They enjoyed them but my husband thought there was 2 much cheese

The Molcajete is no joke! Comes to the table bubbling like lava in a lava rock bowl. Get the Sea & Earth version for a taste of everything (fish , shrimp , chicken , chorizo , steak ).

The Baja tacos are great. This place gets very crowded so try and go there during off peak hours. The food is definitely worth the wait.

Having to wait in the line sucks, but the food is awesome. The mole is good but the avocado salsa is killer. Order take out and skip the line .

All orders come at the same time, so do not order an entree if you are not starving. Delicious food!

Try the Mar Y Tierra Molcajate, not always listed on the menu but worth asking for it. Enough for two people

Everything is fantastic here. Even the side of rice is premium - not the filler it often can be. Only regret is I couldn't eat more!

The breakfast quesadilla is awesome. Grab a cup of coffee . FYI, it does have cinnamon (which is delicious).

The Chiles Norteños are spectacular. Fat pieces of perfectly cooked shrimp covered in melted cheese stuffed in a chile.

I love the salads . Get one with chicken and steak , dressing on the side. Boom, make Atkins proud.

Beans aren't vegetarian ! Which is fine, but I wish it said it on their menu. We confirmed with the staff - they use meat-based seasonings.

No one has anything on this place. Hands down the best mexican food in SB. (Los Arroyos doesn't even come close, though they are voted as the best).

Good food, but when its crazy busy prepare to be waiting forever for a table. People will try their best to get seated before you even though you were before them.

No joke, best mex (along with Los arroyos ) in SB. Atmosphere here is better. Carnitas are a+
