Love their Geek Squad . They helped me fix my pc several times and didn't charge me a dime.

Not greeted once during visit. Focus on sales, not product knowledge . Employee I spoke to had no idea how a hard drive worked, saying "cloud storage is a mystery and nobody really knows how it works."

What a bunch of swindlers... Newegg has everything these ripoff artists sell a lot cheaper... Except the geek squad , of course.

Customers service is a joke.wanted to buy a Phone but no one in the phone department. Waited for 30mins.Ask some one else for help, they said it wasn't their department and walked away. Officemax!!!

Your are the only national store in the area that seeks most everything. I should not be able to walk a whole hour in your store and not get approached by a associate. Poor customer service! Boooooooo
