Rich at the Genius Bar is extremely helpful and personable. Helped fixed the problem I had with my MacBook Pro. Great service and friends staff all around.

Excellent help in all there products but you need to understand Genius Bar is for appointments only made online but well worth it

Best Buy sells the same products, it's a few feet away and they usually have a discount or gift card offer plus you can earn reward points there. Better to shop there IMO.

You can't beat the efficiency of the Apple Store for sales or technical issues.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Protip: If you are a guy and you want to work here, start working on your neckbeard now. There wasn't one clean-shaven male employee working when I visited.

New store design is cool. The place is always swamped so make an appointment if you need service.

All Apple stores are the same. So, don't expect something new here. If you want to buy a mini display to VGA port , ask one of the workers. They purposely have it in the back room and not on display.

Mr. Paul Rinella is very knowledgeable , friendly and extremely patient person. I recommend him strongly to any technically challenged individual.

If you have something busted don't just walk in, make an appointment first for the Genius Bar (apple .com/walden) so the technicians can help you out.

Don't bother a Specialist. Use the Apple Store app, and E-Z Pay!! I made a purchase off the shelf in under 30 seconds, with receipt!

Ran down here after work to the iphone6Plus. It's just too wide for my hand! Now I have to wait til mine arrives and then return/exchange it for the non-Plus version.

I've been in this location twice and the service is horrible. It's the employees as the location in Rochester and Toronto never has the same issue.
