Indoor basketball hoops are amazing!
종종 빡빡이 아자씨들이 보이는데 조폭 아니니 걱정 마시라. 인근 조계사 스님인 것으로 추정됨. ㅎ
최근 아마 지난주경(8월초)에 수영장 물갈이도 했으니 수영하기엔 정말 좋은 도심의 one of hot spot 일듯^^ 참고로 최근 olleh wifi도 설치가 되서 헬스장에서도 사용가능함
시내에 시설 좋고 이 정도 가격인 곳 찾기 어렵다. 주차 3시간은 보너스.
넓고 커요! 기구도 많고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
살빼시고 싶으신 분 스피닝 강추.하지만 한번해보면 두번하기 쉽지 않다는 거 ㅋ
안마의자로 마무리강추
사우나 수영장 헬스장 굳. 골프연습장은 공기청정기나 제습기를 돌려야 할 듯.
때론 안마의자를 적극활용해도 좋다 무턱대고 근육운동하는것도 좋지만^^
