Far too busy and apart from two members of staff that were friendly and very helpful the rest were arrogant and preferred to stand speaking to each other instead of dealing with customers! Not happy!
Apple, please make sure you have more 'genius' staff to make sure appointment times are kept and not staff walking around trying to look busy with an ipad!! I've had a wasted journey today!!! :-(
