You can't beat John Lewis, great department store , especially at Christmas time with a wealth of decorations and trimmings
The giant glass roof above the escalators in the middle is amazing. Emits so much natural light into the store.
Great cafe inside, if you're looking for alternatives to the high street regulars.
Fruit scones in the Restaraunt are delicious and also generous in size.
Lovely place to eat cafe on the first floor. Cakes , hit food, soup and sandwiches :)
