Good ingredients, most flown in from the US. Waiter has intimate knowledge of the menu and wants to share every detail (in a quite long-winded fashion)
The seared scallop definitely a must try for the starter. Oven baked quail is also well done!
A highly recommended French restaurant in HK! The place is a bit small and the view is nothing spectacular, but the food is just awesome!!!
Fantastic food - shrimp bisque is intense, wagyu steak cooked to perfection, cheese platter devine. BYO to top it off - perfect!
Foie gras pate , mussels in white wine cream, baked lobster with cheese and mille-feuille are delicious!
Must try their Mango Mille-feuille! & they are very willing to substitute strawberries for mangoes if that's ur preference!
