Fantastic brisket and pulled pork (who am I kidding, everything's great)! Great selection of beers on tap . A must when you're in Rochester.

Get the Tres Niños to sample the brisket , ribs , & pulled pork . All were pretty good, but slathered in sauce, so that's mainly what you're tasting. The Mac&Cheese has a spice to it and was very good!

If you're biking the Erie Canal bike trail , great BBQ is not far away. Take a detour towards this location overlooking the picturesque Genesee River and you won't regret it.

Amazing food. The Tres Ninos plate was awesome and a ton of food. The Wango sauce was very good, a little spicy which is exactly what I was looking for. Mac n cheese side was fantastic.

It is BEYOND worth the hype. Hands down best BBQ I've had. BBQ salmon , collard greens , beans, Mac n cheese , sweet tea...and the cornbread ...ah lord it was good! Come hungry!

So much great food to choose from. Best to call ahead and make a reservation to get around the long waits . Also keep in mind that it's usually a pretty loud atmosphere.

Take advantage and order one of the plates so you can sample more than one meat and the sides! Baked beans are amazing! The bar-b-que is tender and very good, though not the BEST I've ever had.

Been to few different locations and definitely would rate this spot as #2 (behind Syracuse)... staff was quick and friendly + obv the food was phenomenal and filling!!!

Beef brisket is very good. Cajun corn & baked beans sides. Match with a Southern Tier 2XIPA and you've got a great meal. Garlic chipotle sauce has great flavor but is very hot

Jim is awesome & personable. He's been here for years and even though I don't come to Rochester much he remembers me well . He knows what I tend to order. Which is amazing in itself. Thanks Jim!

The Dino's wings are dry-rubbed, smoked, grilled, and slathered in your choice of sauce (the Jerk Glaze is a great new addition). Usually available after lunch due to the long time in the smoker.

If you order like Macho Man Randy Savage, there is definitely a chance that your server will love you. Then again, you're not Randy Savage. Never will be. Have some ribs anyway.

Greatest dessert , creamy and crispy , almost as good as the BBQ

Everything is good here. The pulled pork is so good. Spicy corn rocks. Really, there are no bad choices. Even the sides are special.

The food is amazing. We went on a Saturday night and the wait was an hour but it was well worth it. The waitresses are very friendly and accurate!

BBQ !! all of it. The brisket and Beef ribs stood out to me. Cornbread was moist and good, too.

Be sure to get the BBQ wings as an appetizer ... They are the best wings I've ever had! I took two orders to go with me to eat later in the night!!

Brisket was a tiny bit dry but had tons of great flavor and smoke to it. The mac and cheese is amazing!

Hard to go wrong here, and portions are more filling than they first seem. Ribs and pulled pork are delicious.

When I get delivery on GrubHub, I always ask for extra sauce in the notes. They don't sauce their meats very heavily, so I like a little extra.

Ribs and pulled pork are great. I tried a local blueberry ale and it was fantastic.

Great food & great atmosphere. If the wait for a table is too long, you can also order at the to-go counter.

Surprisingly, my favorite dish isn't the bbq but the creole deviled eggs ! I have cravings for them all the time!

Great food. I've yet to find something on the menu that isn't great. The Pork Sket is definitely worth a try.

Try the Dinosaur Poutine - So amazing! Covered in meat and #gravy with chunks of %cheesy goodness. Highly recommended!

Good beer list with great prices. Great bbq and side dishes. Cool location. A must if you are in Rochester.Suggested local beer : Anything Rohrbach. (Especially Vanilla Porter or Scotch Ale )

Always a noisy , fun place to dine. Be prepared to wait. The Big Ass pulled pork is a favorite.

I've always liked Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. This week, I also had dinner at Sticky Lips and I have to say that Sticky Lips was much better.

Best brisket , chicken lovers try the Rajun Cajun, everyone try the fries and get a bottle of sauce to go.

This place is so cool looking on the inside and it's packed a lot. Reservations are recommended.

The ribs are obviously great. The cornbread is amazing, too. & gross as it may sound get the sweet potato/pecan pie .

Beef brisket is great. Great barbeque . I would like to see craft beer on tap tho.
