Holiday Inn San Antonio Riverwalk

I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms . It was a very nice room with convenient outlets everywhere. I stay in 100+ hotels each year. I would definitely recommend it.

Solid hotel , right on the river . It's on the quieter end, which is good for sleeping but still super close to the action! Very nice!

A bit out dated but there remodelling the place right now. Gets a bit noisy with them doing that. Other wise great hotel . Right next to the river walk. Hope to see a brand new hotel next year.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It's newly renovated. Staff are very nice. Right on the riverwalk! I'd recommend to anyone!

Nut wing pulled the fire alarm at 1:30am. Entire hotel evacuated down the stairwells. We were on 14th floor. If I find the nut wing, I'll evacuate him/her!

The 25000 reward point is too much for the stay here. The HI Express do better with breakfast , on-time house keeping, hot tub , fresh towels and more closet space

Great job all around. Great rooms, service and location.

New wood floors are a nice touch. Slept very well on the New mattresses.

Close to favorite S.A. Downtown bar , SOHO and great restaurants

Not the best Holiday Inn but perfectly located away from the noisiest part of the River Walk at night. Laye check out only works if you're a Priority Club member. WiFi sucks

They didn't made the freakin' beds for 3 days in a row! So we went to the fornt desk and they gave us a 65 percent discount !

If you drive an f-250 don't bother trying to park it in parking garage it don't fit,ask them to leave it up front by the bay door, they did it for me.

Stinks and service stinks can't park my truck , here for the stock show hmmm think I drive it for fun it is a FARM truck

Make sure to tell any visitors that the parking garage takes cash only .

They charge for literally EVERYTHING here. $20 a day for parking and $10 a day for a fridge that is supposed to ve standard for a room...SERIOUSLY!?

Unprofessional staff (aka weekend management). Save yourself the hassle & stay elsewhere. I'll never stay at this property again & will avoid other Holiday Inn properties when I travel for business.

Decent hotel , not near the main part of the Riverwalk. Don't ask for a late checkout past 2pm because you won't get it. And good luck with the wakeup call.

If u like tv .. do not stay here, they get about 11 channels ... literally .. that includes weather channel

Worst tv service of all of down town . Changing channels takes 39 seconds per channel literally and sometime the tv goes blank for no reason

Don't stay here. Smells, under renovation, over priced!

No esta mal aunque esta un poco alejado del mall y de los principales bares . La ventaja es que el tour del riverwalk te queda super cerca.
