Classes are exceptionally great and the X Blast classes are only held here and not at any other CF outlet. Very impressed with the gym overall.

The most unreliable gym I have ever had a membership with...should open 6am...today 615 no sign of anyone except us waiting, paying members. Should get their act together as this tardiness is the norm

Comes in the morning to avoid crowd. But you need to park outside of the mall and access through side door facing Bangsar Village 1.

Mornings (6am) not crowded but...often staff forget to come and open up. Bad way for me to start the day when that happens

And its already march. But BV members can join Mid Valley outlet throughout the renovation period w/o extra charges

Kept on playing the same music , Keisha (blablabla song)?? Like a gazillion times a day, followed by Akon. Come on la enuff already.

Clean towel service is a definite plus. Less crowded than their bigger branches at Midvalley and 1U.

I like it. Especially in the evenings, nice and quiet .

Ronicia's Friday 9am Power Dance is a great one for cardio . You'll definitely sweat alot. :)

Machines over here are really old and the place is too cramp/ small. But the changing room is very huge and nice.

Please invest in a new detergent/softener for your towels. They smell. Bad.

Really bad customer service experience, check everything u sign because they change the rules as they want .

Be careful, they like to double charge the fees.. Better pay cash, avoid using auto debit.. :(

Horrible!almost all of the yoga classes r conducted without any air cond and the studio has no ventilation.Really stuffy and the smell is terrible.Is bad BO and polluted air good fr yr health?dumbass
