Start at Target and go north past Mineta international airport parking for no traffic interruptions for at least 6 miles.
The Guadalupe river has been dry for a long time now except for "Hella Storm", but not even 1 day after the river went back to being really low
Start at target and take the trail north for a long, uninterrupted path.
