The only place to get all the dim sum bakery favorites like dan tat (egg custard tarts ), sponge cake , roast pork buns and fried crullers.

Legit Chinese bakery . Good egg tarts (not too sweet). Will try their Chinese food another time

Good place to eat, one of the few Chinese restaurants in Amsterdam that give you a fortune cookie :)

I only eat dim sum there and drink thee. Never feel bloated after. You can feel they are a bit rude but I learned to enjoy even that

Don't bother thinking what to drink, just order the Chinese tea , it's free and good for neutralizing flavor in between dishes!

Try the t-pan fried noodles (#39), order some black sambal to the side. Delicious

They have fried 'you tiao' here in their bakery . It's the only place in AMS that I have found it.

Chinese pastries are delicious here.

They have some great dim sum . Try the wu ko, that's one of my favorites.

Try the Fried Kwetiau (flat rice noodles ) with chicken (or pork ) and extra eggs .

If you are at all sensitive to MSG stay far away. You can even smell it outside the resturant.

A lot of MSG in the food. Especially in the soup . Be aware, you won't sleep well .

Naast een bakkerij is Hoi Tin ook een restaurant en het restaurant is een van mijn favoriete dimsumplekken in de stad. De rettich cake in xosaus is misschien wel het best bewaarde geheim van de stad
