If you're feeling adventurous, ask them to make you a Meatball & Mac+Cheese sandwich at their sandwich counter. I call it the "Meatball Mac Sandwich " - it's good!
Delicious and healthy prepared foods you can grab quickly at a good price. The soup is awesome here. Call ahead to find out if they're serving Tomato Cheddar soup that day.
Find rare organic produce , private-label oils and vinegars, and Peet's coffee straight from Berkeley. Fresh-made sandwiches and salads are perfect for meals on-the-go.
Love this spot. Super convenient with its location, great selection, might get a bit pricey but never disappoints.
A lunchtime favorite for soups and a salad bar . Good on-the-go premise options and high-end snacks and groceries
Unbelievable Soups . I'm sure it's a fine grocery store , but I only go for lunch , and the soups and sandwiches are good. Better pricing for soho as well .
A staple lunch spot in the area. Lots of various prepared foods and a nice hot bar
If you arrive before lunch hour, ask the delightful staff for your daily juice , they'll get it for you from the back ;)
Fact: Gourmet Garage originally sold hard-to-find groceries to New York restaurants . In 1992, they opened their doors to the public, allowing consumers to shop like the city 's most demanding chefs .
The food from their kitchen is great. Also stumptown cold brew in containers!
Fast, efficient, and fresh, Gourmet Garage is the perfect spot to grab lunch on the go without sacrificing great taste!
A pricey but well stocked grocery good for specialty items and ethnic ingredients.
Best soups : sweet corn chowder , turkey chili , & chicken jambalaya . Throw in some of that basmati rice to hearty up your meal.
Go in the morning when you don't have to risk your life crossing Broome street Holland tunnel traffic.
I truly appreciate the cheap salad prices! Very reasonable if you don't get too many toppings!
Get the Get Dressed salad dressing . They're organic , vegan , super yummy!
Soups are delish, I go before noon or after 2p to avoid the masses.
The most disgusting panini I have ever been served in New York. The “Roman Holiday” is a repository for all of GG’s oldest cuts of “prosciutto ” and salami between two oily pieces of burned bread .
Lots of different varieties of soup everyday paired with fresh bagels .
Work in SoHo? Best place to grab a quick, delicious, fresh lunch on the go!
Not a place to do all of your grocery shopping but you always find something new or fun
Soups are really good! Esp. The Italian wedding and chili . Staff is super friendly .
Look for Old Amsterdam Gouda cheese , its tasty and the best Gouda cheese out there! Find out more here http://www.oldamsterdam.com/
Yeah kind of overpriced. But free cheese samples and a great bread selection
Grab some Italian wedding soup or lunch special during a long day of shopping.
Great pick up and go lunch . Love their soups .
One of the lines has two cashier desks so it tends to move pretty fast.
In the morning ask for sausage egg and cheese on bagel . Best I've had so far in the city
Shopping sprees in SoHo just got easier! Now you can pick up your BluePrintJuice at Gourmet Garage to stay fueled.
Decent lunch options, but overall too pricey . If you get creative, you can do all right.
Soups are cheap and delicious
Jacking up the soup prices...like they aren't high enough!
Awesome place
Good sandwiches and soups
They usually have a $4.99 lunch special in the chef 's case. Turkey meatballs with pasta & veggies , meat loaf and potatoes , etc.
Try the Grapefruit Mash Citrus Zing
Dont miss the caramel covered marshmallows at cashier
Has the delicious scent of my high school cafeteria .
Besides high prices & abundant healthy food options , the staff was obnoxious. The kitchen guy shouldered me and gave me dirty look just because I was In his way. Cashier was snacking during checkout!
The avocado spring rolls are heavenly!
Try the Long Island Blueberry Ale
Carmelized brussel sprouts . Get them.
Legit GTS (over 21 ) kombucha
decently priced & very fresh salads . lots of tofu and vegetarian options ! stay clear of cookies - so addicting =/
Order the fresh sushi !

Brown tuna . Should this be for sale?
Try the Smuttynose Summer Weizen Ale
