Place needs to be cleaned up. Bathrooms are always gross, need to send a pesticide crew to get rid of all the ants !! Don't wear flip flops or you will be covered in ants ! Bird feces everywhere!!!

Worth the trek to Surprise! Friendly place with old-time stadium feel. Carousel, other areas for kids. Food varied and plentiful. Even had a mariachi band! A great Spring Training experience for fans! - M W
A great little lake for fishing from shore taking the family or practicing your casting. Visiting family in Sun City West and the lake is very easy to get to. Great to see families there! Very clean. - John Reddy
