Ethiopia Limu beans are right up there with the fruit kings in terms of its flavor profile. The dark body tone of plum flavor in this naturally processed bean is quenched by a bright orange mouth.

Brazil Santa Ines beans have a clean , washed feel. A slight oily butter flavor as well a crisp cocoa tone and a hint of soy milk fill this medium to dark body.

Ethiopia Shakiso beans are generally bright with course, side-of-tongue tones of earth and guava in the body. The featured tone however is a splash of green grape and plum in the mouth of the cup.

Brazil Fazenda California beans have a very sweet and smooth medium body with oily notes of milk chocolate and banana pudding . The mouth and aroma are loud without being acidic or tangy and fermented.

Hawaii Ka'u beans is medium body coffee with a potent, medium acidic mouth. The finish is so long and earth filled, with notes of Brazil nut and rosemary , it passes as both a light and a dark roast .

Ethiopia Bitta Farm is a lively and bright cup. The mouth is light, bitter and acidic, with fruit tones of blueberry and watermelon . Pleasantly, there's only a hint of aftertaste or body of pistachio .

The beans with the name of Sun-Dried Ethiopia Yirgacheffe have a multitude of bright , fruit tones that stimulate the back of the tongue . Mouthwatering strawberry and blueberry make sweet repeat.

Brazil Fazenda Apucarana has a mild nutty aroma, a cocoa mouth and a dark roasted body with a clean dark chocolate flavor and hints of almond and sweet macadamia nut .

Vietnam Da Lat beans has a savory medium to dark roasted body with salt, chocolate , oatmeal (oat ) and diced almond flavor notes. Light acidic, average mouth and plus aroma and body.

The Reserve Coffee Hawaii Ka'u is light mouthed by cleverly medium bodied and strongly aromatic. Sweet and bitter flavors plod over the back of tongue with earthy and coconut notes.

Surprisingly earthy. The Peaberry bean from Zambia has a full bodied earth flavor, not the same fruity African. Controlling the body from the mouth of Peaberry is a dark cacao with some back bite.

The Columbia Montebenito has a woody and floral body that is clean to the palate. Light roasted body of bell pepper flavor and bright notes of jasmine in the mouth.

Malawi beans from Sable Farms has a hint of milk chocolate that provides the body of the cup with bitterness. Clover prep removes some acidity, but a tangerine tone persists in the mouth.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelelektu beans have a middling mouth, surprising for the usually radiant Yirgs. The profile makes its case as a subtle guava mouth and aroma but most only achieves a light body.

Cameroon Mt. Oka beans have a smoothness to them present in their mildly oily chocolate aroma and mouth. The light body is touched off by a hint of green grape .

Burundi Murambi beans have a rugged medium roast body with notes of peach and bitter dried apple skin in the body and mouth respectively. High acidity and aroma in this loud cup.

Panama Carmen Estate beans have a light-medium body with a fair amount of acidity for a Central American coffee . It isn't very aromatic, but nutty tones in that phase go into the spicy and lemony body

Nicaragua El Suyatal beans have bright and bitter notes of smoke flavor and grapefruit . The cup has pleasant acidity, medium body and a bold mouth.

Billed as acidic and earthy, the Panama Los Cantares Estate is a rugged and aromatic medium bodied cup. Grapefruit acidity at side tongue that fades to the darker chalky and bitter broccoli stalk.

It's a Starbucks—nothing special. Great spot to work. Mildly busy, but quiet enough to do work.

Not a coffee drinker, but their reduced fat turkey bacon , egg , & cheese sandwiches are delicious.
