The worst Zara in Toronto. Selection: more than poor. This location needs a new buyer or collaborate with the buyer from other Zara locations (ie.Yorkdale/Bloor St.)Makes me appreciate other locations
Best return policy out there. Just read it.
Stop. Don't buy here. | You learn how good or bad a store is when you need customer service help. Zara's staff acted like robots and I had to keep an expensive damaged garment. Zara: never again!

Staff sucks. Half their inventory is damaged. Asked for a gift receipt & the idiot cashier rolled her eyes. Avoid!!!
