This location closes at 10:00pm on week nights despite the Starbucks app stating they close at 10:30pm.

The Vanilla Spice Latte is horrible. It has no spice or real favor at all. If you want some real vanilla , go and buy some extract and make your own.

The middle aged, female barista that's usually on the registers is SO RUDE, every time I come in. She acts like you're screwing up her day if you dare to order something.

Whomever unpinned this Starbucks & gave it a Cumberland Mall address obviously needs more caffeine. Grrrr.

This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever visited. The bathroom was disgusting and the main seating area wasn't clean either. Yuck! Go to the one at West Paces Ferry instead!

To crowded within people people must not have wifi at home no seats people stay too long.
