Reliable Vietnamese. Managment and menu have changed - it used to be called peach garden . The goat in goat curry soup was tough but the soup was delish. Great grilled beef short ribs and pork chops .
Pho and bun are amazing. The option of fresh noodles with pho is great. Definitely recommended!
Spacious restaurant , tasty vietnamese with a broad menu. Tends to be fairly busy at lunch .
The parking lot here is a gong show. You can avoid the drama buy pulling your car up to tarmac to the right side of the building.

P30 (Sate beef ) is delish, spicy (with dried onion & garlic broth) & comes with pineapple !
Wife got the XL beef and tripe pho . It came with 1 mouthful of tripe . For the size of the bowl, it was not proportional. We felt ripped off.
Have them make you their spicy Pho with BBQ pork , its not on the menu (I may have invented it) but its awesome.
Pho was good, restaurant very clean . Music was driving me crazy though ;-)
