A good place to stay .. room service is suck .. break fast is superGood and the view is excellent and kaaba is appears fully .. try it you won't regret

Make your reservation online via booking.com so that they will prioritize you and inform them that u get the booking from online so that you can enjoy your wifi for free.. But the server was slow

There are at least 4 hotels in the tower. Take the elevator to P11, the conjunction lobby, then take the hotel 's elevator to get to your room

Do not stay at this hotel ! ❌ Located at the clock tower but customer service is horrible & furnitures are old that you feel like you’re staying at a motel not at a five star hotel ! So disappointed????????

Wide space rooms but they aren't that clean for a 5-stars hotel . Elivators are always crawded.

The furniture is very old. Carpet worn out. Toilet leaking. Coffee thermos cookie fading. Fridge door won't open. And I'm in presidential suite! It's neglected and is worth 3 stars at best.

Beautiful tower which represents Muslim time zone but the zone should be applied in every Muslim country

A very crowded hotel . Nice rooms but the bathrooms are not of a 5 stars hotel at all. Breakfast wasnot bad but the dinning hall wasnot airconditioned. Have been in better places in Mecca. 7/10

Very bad experience, the worst hotel in Makkah , no hospitality , bad management, smelly carpets, reception doesn’t pick up the phone and they are not bothered about the guests at all.

One if he worst experiences ever, very bad welcoming,they never gave us a room, irresponsibility of dealing with reservations . Never again !!

I have stayed in three of the hotels in these buildings, and so far this is the worst, the toilets are outdated and cracks are all over the tab and the toilets seat, carpet is stained and ripped off!!

I hate service here the suites and room are big enough for families but they have bad service

Fully not reccomended place to stay, booking management is sucks! Suddendly an arab guy asked me to check out! But when at receptionist office just said oh thats wrong info, no say sorry at all!
