This is one of the bigger of many lower mainland No Frills, but not necessarily the most pleasant to visit. It has a... sour mood. Don't park in the lot unless you head straight into the store.
Post notice in big letters that you don't accept Visa. Lady in front of me went mental today. Make people aware before they enter the store, not at the register pointing to a tiny sticker @PresChoice
Competitively prices grocery store in East Van! More along the lines of a big box store but great for stocking up on the basics.
Gordon's No Frills is what the community needed. As stated below, there maybe a limited selection of everything but it's there. Gordon himself is a great guy, works just as hard as his employees.
They always have some crazy good fresh meat deal here!

Broadest selection of gear for cooks in the city, including electrics and knives. Staff is with some exceptions both friendly and helpful. Some top-quality foodstuffs, including Ernest ice cream. - Scott Rose
