Great bubble tea selection and their tapioca bubbles are perfection! Newly opened in the area and I personally think CoCos is way better than vivi which is down the street. ????

1st request to have 0 sugar in my grapefruit green tea , since 25% is usually too sweet w/ lychee or passion fruit . Will not make same mistake again since grapefruit flavor tastes bitter w/o any sugar!

I like to order the 3 Guys as a cold bubble tea . it has tapioca , grass jelly , and pudding in black milk tea . yum!!

Get the Red Bean TM and the Bubble MT!!

The matcha latte is great, though next time I'll ask for half sugar, it was crazy sweet
